Transportation Provided by Tennis Team Parents

Yesterday, Coach Farmer passed out a Permission Form to each member of the team entitled: Transportation by Privately-Owned Vehicle.  The form appeared to be a one-time Permission slip for a particular event and since I wasn’t sure, I contacted PHS Athletic Department Secretary, Diane Daves, for clarification.  She said this form will be on-file at [...]
